The Lutyens & Rubinstein literary agency was set up in 1993 by former publishers Sarah Lutyens and Felicity Rubinstein, who brought together the combined experience of twenty-five years of publishing, agenting and bookselling on both sides of the Atlantic. The agency represents a broad range of fiction (including crime and non-illustrated children’s books) and non-fiction.

Jane Finigan joined the agency in 2007 and has been signing authors to the L&R list since 2010. She has a particular interest in working with début writers.

The offices are in Notting Hill, West London, sharing premises with the independent bookshop of the same name.
